As an hourly supervisor, you will partner with the management team at your store and as the manager on duty, you will lead staff to provide excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.Supervisors typically work a combination of supervisory shifts and shifts in their regular hourly role (e.g. Server, Support, Phones, Driver, Cook, etc.). Schedule flexibility is needed since hourly supervisors typically work 1-2 closing shifts per week plus more supervisor shifts available to cover manager absences/vacations, events, and meetings.
