WANTED! The search has begun for Assistant Restaurant Managers! Saddle up and ride on over if you fit the bill. Characteristics: - Ability to function with minimal direct supervision being an independent thinker. - Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members. - Perform hands-on operational duties including inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment. - Maintains cash control and shift bookkeeping. - Ensures proper security, safety policies, and procedures are in place. - Provide on-the-floor supervision to create positive guest experiences that emulate and inspire our mission statement daily. Requirements Caution! Must have: - 2 years of restaurant management experience is preferred. Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is preferred, but if you have the enthusiasm and commitment we seek, we will train you. - High School Diploma or GED - Possess a valid driver's license and proper insurance coverage for business-related travel.
