Discount Drug Mart is seeking a Part-Time Courtesy Center Associate for our Chagrin Falls, Ohio store location to work primarily nights and weekends. We are seeking a high-energy, team player with previous store bookkeeping or basic accounting experience. Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and answering customers questions and concerns whether in person or on the phone. Also responsible for: - Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all transactions. - Sell stamps, lottery tickets, money orders, hunting & fishing licenses, event tickets, RTA, dog licenses. - Process customer refunds/return - Accept packages for UPS & Parcel Post shipments. - Process Western Union transactions. - Transmit faxes for customers. - Rental of Rug Doctor - Promote & issues DDM Courtesy Plus Card - Process utility bills - Prepares other reports for store, along with other duties that maybe assigned Please respond to this job posting or apply directly in the store located at: 8459 E.
