Located at the Devils Knob Golf Course on the eastern slopes of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Devils Grill is seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist in the smooth and effective operation of the kitchen. Devils Grill features an upscale menu specializing in creative, local, American cuisine and serves lunch and dinner with outside dining available in season. Devils Grill is a private restaurant and access is limited to registered resort guests, members and member guests.
In this role, the Sous Chef will collaboratively work with the restaurant chef, restaurant manager and front of the house staff as you manage the kitchen staff, coordinate all food production operations in the restaurant, ensure the production of consistently high quality food, and maintain a high quality sanitation program throughout the restaurant, among many other duties.
