GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This is a unique opportunity for up an coming Chefs and experience Chefs in the development of a restaurants launch at Wintergreen Resort. Wintergreen Resort will be reopening one its restaurants to the public this spring. This position will offer a blank canvas with resort input and direction for the development of its menu, theme, and hours of operation. The Chef will be responsible for creating and building his own team, creating seasonal menu through out the year, and refresh the theme of the restaurant. With indoor, outdoor, and bar seating for up to 205 guests; this restaurant will offer a unique atmosphere only seen in the Blue Ridge Mountain.
