J & J Service Solutions is currently seeking qualified NATIONAL RETAIL INSTALLERS (MERCHANDISERS) to join our rapidly growing team. The Installers will be working as part of a team performing fixture installations in large retail environments, both for new stores and for existing store remodels and resets, under the guidance and instruction of Project Managers and/or Site Supervisors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assembling steel displays, racking systems, and shelving units • Dismantling, moving, and removing pre-existing displays and fixtures as needed • Resetting and restocking shelves in an organized manner utilizing plan-o-grams and other diagrams • Assisting in all stages of the installation project, including receiving and off-loading materials • Cleaning displays, shelves, and aisles as needed, keeping areas free of workplace hazards • Other relevant duties as assigned by the manager • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend repeatedly, and be on your feet during the entirety of the work shift **Installer positions are travelling positions, with teams on the road upwards of 3 weeks at a time. The Company books and pays for all flights, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations.
