Roofing Sales Representative We’re looking for motivated sales professionals in the Richmond market! We provide warm leads in a rotation to the sales team. We promote from within and provide pathways for exponential growth as a sales professional. *Requirements Driver's License Excellent communication skills Strong desire to succeed *Responsibilities Run sales calls throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas. Provide a detailed inspection and estimate for residential/commercial roofs. Take customers through a presentation of your findings and present an estimate for repairs/replacement. Get a signature close after presentation. If unable to get signature close after presentation, follow-up with customer until a decision is made. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback. *Skills Proficiency working with computers/tablets. Ability to set-up ladder and access roofs. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000-100,000+ per year
