Requirements  Driver's License  Excellent communication skills  Strong desire to grow and succeed Responsibilities  Operate company truck to assist operations in delivering material to different jobsites throughout Richmond.  Pick up access material from jobsites of completed projects.  Organize Warehouse as necessary.  Accept deliveries to warehouse as necessary.  Develop roofing industry knowledge provided on-the-job as well as in a controlled warehouse environment to ensure rapid individual growth.  Assist operations managers as needed. Skills  Strong Work Ethic and Personal Accountability.  Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.  Highly motivated and target driven.  Excellent communication skills.  Time management and organizational skills.  Critical thinking skills.  Ability to anticipate the needs of operations as skillset develops.
