A Retail Sales Associate is primarily responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Job Responsibilities: •Greet and assist customers with their shopping experience •Operate the cash register and organize shipments as they come in •Knowledge of current sales and promotions as they pertain to the season •Keep a clean and organized floor with a full stock of all sizes •Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance •Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer, recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires •Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Store Management
