Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Participate in product knowledge training and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Assist in inventory management and restocking. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Requirements: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training. Enthusiasm for the outdoors and a passion for outdoor activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic math and computer skills.
