We are seeking a high energy individual to join our sales team who will thrive on showcasing to Best Buy shoppers the latest innovations in home theater entertainment. This Part-Time Specialist role represents our multinational client, Sony®, and their premier line of 4K & OLED televisions, sound bars, and surround sound home audio. You will play a key role in explaining product features and recommending solutions that fit the individual need of the customer to give them a unique and highly personalized in-store experience.
SCHEDULE:
20 hours per week
Fridays: 4:00pm-8:30pm; Saturdays & Sundays: 10:00am-6:00pm
JOB DUTIES:
Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
Engage customers through sales process to drive profitable growth and achieve individual sales goals
Train in-store sales associates and managers on Sony features and benefits
Ensure that products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functional
Submit electronic reports which include customer and competitive data
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous goal-based sales experience required
Demonstrates passion for consumer electronics
Personable attitude with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Willing to be held accountable to specific sales goals and metrics
Available to work Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
Access to the internet, printer, and smart device for training and reporting
