ActionLink is seeking a high energy, personable individual who will enjoy engaging customers and creating a high quality service environment in a local Best Buy's home, health, & beauty electronics sections. This role will be representing our multinational client by showcasing their premier floor care, air movement, and beauty products. Our Retail Sales Advisors will be responsible for understanding customer needs, asking and answering questions, explaining various product specs & features, and guiding the customer to confident purchases. It is a goal of ours to help make consumer electronic purchases easier, more personalized, and more informative for the customer by creating a positive service impact and boosting brand awareness during peak weekend selling hours. SCHEDULE: - 8 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, typically starting around 11:00AM - This is an ongoing program JOB DUTIES: - Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel - Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services - Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from initial point of contact to closing the sale - Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including submitting digital photos - Maintain business communication with District Manager via occasional phone calls and/or emails QUALIFICATIONS: - Sales, retail, or related customer relations experience preferred - Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills - Ability to work shifts on Saturdays & Sundays - Access to a smart device for reporting - Access to reliable transportation ActionLink is an Equal Opportunity Employer
